2. Right of Withdrawal
Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item, without providing any reason.
Notification: Please notify our Customer Service Team within these 14 days if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return Period: After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Note: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed for the full purchase price and any standard delivery costs (provided these were clearly communicated at the time of purchase). Additional costs incurred if you choose a more expensive method of delivery will not be reimbursed.
3. Conditions for Return
Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a condition suitable for resale (unused, undamaged, and unopened where applicable).
Exclusions: Due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain goods—such as perishable items, food supplements, personalized products, or any other items explicitly stated at the time of purchase—are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany every return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Important Guidance: For items with a value exceeding DKK 500, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of items lost in transit.
Legal Note: If we have failed to inform you of your obligation to cover the return shipping cost as required by law, you may be entitled to a refund of that cost.
5. Procedure for Returns and Refunds
Initiating a Return:
Contact our Customer Service Team to arrange your return. Please do not send any items without prior arrangement.
You must notify us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Inspection and Approval:
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) and notify you of our decision regarding your refund request.
Refund Process:
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Reimbursement includes the purchase price and any standard delivery fees, where applicable.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Procedure:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Note:
Damaged goods will only be eligible for a replacement or refund once the original item has been received and inspected.
7. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Please be aware that we do not process payments from your credit card until your item is dispatched from our warehouse.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
After Dispatch:
If your item has already been dispatched, the cancellation process will proceed as per our return policy detailed above.
8. Exclusions
Non-Returnable Items:
Free gifts, promotional items, and other items specifically stated at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded.
Digital Goods and Services:
This policy does not apply to digital products or services that have been fully rendered or consumed.
